Senior Project Controls Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls function within our PMO for major high‑rise and mixed‑use developments in Qatar. The role will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, risk management and executive reporting across multiple large‑scale building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive all project controls disciplines – planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, forecasting, risk management and executive reporting.
• Provide performance visibility to senior leadership, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within approved budgets.
• Support commercial teams with extension of time claims, delay analysis and claims evaluation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and produce regular executive reports.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of Project Controls experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contracting organisations.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior Project Controls or Head of Project Controls role within a PMO.
• Proven experience delivering high‑rise towers (30‑40+ floors) and large‑scale mixed‑use developments from award through handover.
• Mandatory GCC project experience.
