Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its award‑winning C‑QUEST team in Doha, Qatar. You will manage cost, contract and financial control for large‑scale mixed‑use construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control project budgets, providing regular cost reports to clients and the project team.
• Oversee preparation of procurement documents, tendering processes and contractor selection.
• Implement and manage FIDIC contracts, reviewing conditions, handling variations and ensuring compliance.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials and labour at all project stages.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including cost reports, payments and contractor claims.
• Assess, evaluate and negotiate project changes and variations, documenting impacts on budget and schedule.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies while supporting value‑engineering exercises.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of management experience within a cost consultancy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying; chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) highly desirable.

• Extensive experience with FIDIC contract administration.
