Senior Revit Technician – Structures

About the role

GHD is seeking a Senior Revit Technician specialized in structural design to join its Building Engineering team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality BIM models and coordinating multidisciplinary designs for complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce integrated project deliverables using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate structural designs with building services, architecture, and other engineering disciplines.
• Mentor peers, provide technical documentation, and conduct drawing reviews and model audits using tools such as Bluebeam.
• Lead coordination and collaboration through BIM360 Model Coordination and federated models.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of production experience in building design, BIM modelling and coordination.
• Middle‑East experience, especially Qatar, is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with BIM360/ACC (at least 2‑3 years).
