Senior Specialist Digital Insurance

About the role

Lead the assessment, development and delivery of customer‑focused digital insurance propositions for Vodafone CU in Doha, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own product prioritisation, proposition design, business requirements and launch‑readiness recommendations.
• Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with insurers, technology providers and other partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations on product terms, commissions, service levels and partner responsibilities within approved authority limits.
• Monitor business performance across acquisition, conversion, revenue, retention, service quality and partner delivery.
• Establish operating processes for sales, policy servicing, complaints, renewals, cancellations and claims coordination.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal policies and customer‑protection requirements, and escalate risks when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
• Recognised insurance professional qualification at certificate level or above (e.g., Cert CII, Insurance Institute Licentiate).
• Proven experience in digital insurance product development, commercial negotiations and regulatory compliance.
