Site Nurse

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Nurse to provide on-site medical support, first aid and occupational health assistance to employees. The nurse attends to workplace injuries and illnesses, maintains medical records, supports emergency response and ensures compliance with site health and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Assess employees' health conditions and refer them to hospitals or clinics when needed
• Maintain accurate medical, treatment and incident records
• Monitor and maintain first-aid supplies, medicines and medical equipment
• Support emergency response procedures and coordinate ambulance or hospital referrals
• Conduct basic health checks and monitor employees with minor medical conditions
• Assist with health awareness, hygiene and occupational health initiatives
• Coordinate with the HSE team on medical incidents and workplace health concerns
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements, and keep employee medical information confidential

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license/registration
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in construction, industrial, oil & gas or site environments
• Able to work independently in a site environment and available to join as per project requirements

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response and occupational health practices
• Valid BLS/First Aid certification preferred
• Good communication and documentation skills
