About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef specialized in Indian cuisine to join a reputable restaurant group in Qatar. The role involves leading the kitchen team and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and supervision.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and overall kitchen standards.
- Operate in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, ensuring efficient service.
Required profile
- Current Sous Chef with 1–2 years of experience in the same role.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Age below 36 years, smart, proactive, well‑presented and professionally groomed.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine.
- Proficiency in cooking techniques.
- Experience with kitchen operations.
What we offer
- Salary of QAR 5,500 per month.
- One duty meal per day.
