About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef specialized in Indian cuisine to join a reputable restaurant group in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- Lead, manage, and train kitchen staff.
- Apply strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Sous Chef.
- Age below 36 years.

What we offer
