Spa Manager (Female)

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of the spa at Al Messila Luxury Collection Resort, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and a supportive environment for staff. Reporting to senior management, the role covers all service areas, from treatment rooms to the reception desk.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and locker‑room attendants.
• Manage the spa’s operating budget, monitor expenses, and control inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across all spa facilities.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
• Oversee human‑resource functions such as employee orientation, training, performance feedback, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure proper staffing levels, uniform provision, and equipment availability.
• Step in for the Spa Director when absent, maintaining operational continuity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to lead a diverse team.
