About the role
The Spa Service Expert supports vital spa functions at our Doha hotel, delivering memorable experiences for guests. You will promote services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth transactions as part of the overall spa experience.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage reservation software.
- Answer guest inquiries about spa offerings and check guests in.
- Process payments and handle transaction details.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb with assistance, and moving around the spa area safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and uphold quality standards.
Required skills
- Experience using reservation software.
