Spa Therapist – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join Zulal Wellness Resort and deliver exceptional wellness experiences. The successful candidate will provide personalized spa, body and facial treatments while upholding the highest standards of guest care, hygiene and luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional spa, body, facial and wellness treatments for guests.
• Assess individual guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and services.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies to pristine standards.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, confidentiality and overall wellbeing throughout each session.
• Keep accurate treatment records and adhere to resort policies and health‑safety procedures.
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional and luxurious guest experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury resort, wellness retreat or five‑star hotel.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in a variety of massage, body and facial treatments.
• Strong knowledge of spa products, treatment protocols, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
