Guest Service Agent – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, personalized experiences that embody Zulal’s wellness philosophy. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction from arrival to departure leaves a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless, welcoming guest experience, from check‑in to check‑out.
• Act as the primary contact for guest requests, concerns, and feedback.
• Maintain front‑office operations, including accurate guest data, shift handovers, and daily reports.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Finance, Health & Wellness and other departments to fulfil guest needs.
• Promote and recommend wellness programs, facilities, events and sustainable initiatives.
• Handle cashiering, credit controls, PMS updates and related financial procedures while protecting guest confidentiality.
• Stay calm and exercise sound judgment during high‑volume periods, emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Uphold service excellence, safety, privacy and continuous improvement standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Guest Service or Front Office role, preferably in luxury hospitality within the Gulf region.
• Strong customer‑service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization, multitasking and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel property management systems.
