Spa Therapist Team Leader

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network (Our Habitas) in Dukhan is looking for a Spa Therapist Team Leader. The role delivers spa and wellness treatments while supporting the daily operations, service standards and performance of the Spa team. It is a hands-on leadership position combining treatment delivery with team coordination, training, quality assurance and guest experience management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments (massages, body treatments, facials, approved therapies) and perform professional guest consultations before each treatment
• Lead the Spa Therapists: give daily guidance, run briefings, monitor attendance and grooming, support onboarding and help develop junior therapists
• Keep treatment rooms, equipment and supplies ready, coordinate with reception, housekeeping and engineering, and monitor inventory and stock requests
• Check that treatment protocols and service standards are followed, give constructive feedback and support corrective actions
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation and health and safety standards are met, and report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately
• Recommend treatments and retail products, encourage upselling and support revenue targets
• Maintain treatment records, attendance rosters and operational documentation, and report issues to management

Required profile

• Diploma or professional certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of professional spa therapy experience
