Store Supervisor – Warehouse & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Stores & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management activities for our Oil & Gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse and store activities including receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate material identification, tagging, binning and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic reconciliations, cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
• Manage IPS (Insulation, Painting, Scaffolding) materials, ensuring proper storage, preservation and tracking against project budgets.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Construction, QA/QC and Logistics teams for material planning and movement.
• Prepare and maintain material receiving reports, issue vouchers, stock reports and inventory records.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse supervision within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven handling of IPS materials for industrial shutdown, maintenance, EPC or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of material control procedures, inventory management systems and logistics coordination.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; GCC Oil & Gas project experience is an advantage.
