Strategy & Transactions Consultant – Qatar (National Talent)

About the role

EY is seeking ambitious Qatari nationals to join its Strategy & Transactions team in Qatar. You will work on high‑impact projects across multiple sectors, partnering with CEOs, boards, private equity firms and governments to shape the region’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategy, transactions and corporate finance projects for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports that translate complex data into clear insights.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record from a top university.
• Relevant experience in strategy consulting, transactions advisory, investment banking, corporate strategy or private equity.
• Ability to travel for client engagements as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial modeling.
