About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment and onboarding processes at Qatar Fabrication Company, ensuring smooth administrative flow and compliance. The role focuses on documentation, reporting, agency agreements, and invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate end‑to‑end onboarding, preparing offer letters, compliance forms, and coordinating with IT, HR, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, including candidate applications, interview feedback, and contracts.
- Manage agency agreements, track vendor terms, and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Prepare and verify invoices for recruitment agencies, background checks, and job advertisements, and collaborate with finance for payment processing.
- Generate recruitment reports, monitor KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, and analyse data for process improvements.
- Audit compliance and documentation to meet company policies and legal requirements.
Required profile
- Preference will be given to Qatari candidates.
