Talent Acquisition Officer (Hospitality Industry)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of recruiting exclusively for the hospitality industry and possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for hospitality‑related roles across all levels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified hospitality professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the hospitality industry.
• Coordinate interviews, provide market insights, and manage the offer process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Exclusive experience recruiting for hospitality positions (hotels, resorts, F&B, catering, leisure, etc.).
• Previous experience with a recruitment consultancy or search firm is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality talent markets and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers at various levels.
• Proven interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent‑mapping capabilities.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Immediate availability or a very short notice period.
