About the role

Hyatt Regency Doha is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its Lebanese restaurant, Al Nafourah Garden, within the Food & Beverage division. The role involves delivering the hotel’s signature, guest‑focused service, bringing the restaurant concept to life with personal flair while interacting with guests. Located near Hamad International Airport and the city’s business district, the hotel offers a modern ambience for business and leisure travelers. The F&B portfolio includes six outlets, such as The Cellar, Choices, and the Lebanese fare at Al Nafourah Garden, providing a vibrant environment for the Team Leader to manage.

Required profile

• Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care for and ability to connect with guests
• International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent English
