Technology Experience Officer

About the role

The Technology Experience Officer supports Rosewood Doha’s digital transformation across hotel operations. You will assist departments in documenting processes, implementing digital tools, and providing first‑line technical support to associates and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support digitalisation initiatives, including guest‑facing platforms, reporting dashboards and workflow automation.
• Assist with cloud platform management (Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and monitor resource utilisation.
• Provide first‑line IT support for hardware, software, network, Wi‑Fi, telephony and hospitality systems (PMS, POS, digital signage, in‑room technology).
• Document and test automation, SharePoint lists, Power Automate flows and other digital trackers.
• Coordinate vendor visits, project tasks and system roll‑outs, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate and cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle).
• Familiarity with desktop support, Windows OS, printers, mobile devices and basic networking.
• Strong service attitude, clear communication and ability to explain technical matters to non‑technical users.
