Telesales Agent

About the role

The company is looking for enthusiastic, results-driven Telesales Agents to generate sales through outbound calls, promote telecom products and services, achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to assigned leads and promote products and services
• Generate sales by offering mobile plans, internet packages and value-added services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (leads, conversions, revenue)
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product and service packages
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads and keep accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to convert opportunities into sales
• Adhere to call quality standards, scripts and compliance requirements
• Maintain high productivity levels, including connected calls, talk time and adherence to work schedules
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, pricing plans and market developments

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call center sales or direct sales
• Previous telecommunications sales experience is required
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
