Total Rewards & OD Specialist

About the role

The Total Rewards & Organisational Design Specialist will lead the development and management of compensation, benefits and organisational design initiatives. This role ensures that reward programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives while supporting workforce planning and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation and incentive structures.
• Ensure internal equity and alignment with market practices and corporate policies.
• Lead organisational design projects, defining structures, clarifying roles and supporting workforce planning.
• Support performance management processes and drive organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update HR policies related to total rewards and organisational design.
• Analyse HR data to provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with business leaders to align reward strategies and organisational structures with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation or Organisational Design.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods and organisational structuring.
• Understanding of labour laws and market trends, preferably with GCC experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
