TS Systems Engineer – Hybrid Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a TS Systems Engineer to manage and support our hybrid cloud environment across Azure and Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on cloud administration, ensuring high availability, scalability, and business continuity while collaborating closely with application and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Azure and GCP infrastructure, maintaining performance, security, and availability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents for cloud services in a 24/7 enterprise setting.
• Implement cloud governance, policies, and best‑practice frameworks.
• Support infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize resource utilization and drive FinOps cost‑management initiatives.
• Assist with hybrid cloud migrations and application modernization to cloud‑native architectures.
• Provide backup, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity support.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO and PCI‑DSS.
• Contribute to incident, change, and problem management processes and maintain runbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hybrid cloud environments and migrations.
• Strong collaboration skills with business, application, and development teams.
• Ability to work in large‑scale, 24/7 operational contexts.
• Solid troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
