Vice President Data Analysis

About the role

The Vice President Data Analysis leads QNB's enterprise-wide analytics strategy so that insights drive decisions across all business units. The role oversees executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, performance analysis and business intelligence solutions, manages a team of analysts and works across functions to improve profitability, operational efficiency and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage analysts, BI developers and MIS experts, define OKRs and enterprise KPIs, and align analytics with lending, deposits and fee income
• Support shareholder and financial decisions through financial modelling, profitability analysis, scenario planning and risk indicators
• Work with retail, corporate, international and digital banking to deliver performance reports and campaign insights
• Own the analytics lifecycle, set metric definitions and metadata, and ensure regulatory compliance with QCB, GDPR and NDCP
• Review and approve business models such as profitability, risk scoring and churn before deployment
• Build a learning roadmap, mentor analysts, run innovation forums and drive a data literacy programme
• Ensure data protection, confidentiality and audit readiness, and take part in internal and external audits

Required profile

• University degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or MBA highly preferred
• Minimum 12 years' experience in data analytics, with at least 8 years in senior leadership in banking or financial services
• Track record of delivering enterprise-wide BI strategies and measurable results
