Waiter

About the role
The waiter is responsible for delivering prompt and efficient food and beverage service in a restaurant setting. This role involves taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange table set‑ups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
- Present menus, assist guests with selections, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Communicate orders clearly with kitchen staff and barista to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain friendly, professional, and timely service, reporting any discrepancies or complaints to the manager on duty.
- Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a customer‑service role within a similar environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
