Waiter / Waitress – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team at AccorHotel in Doha. In this full‑time position you will serve guests, ensure their satisfaction, and uphold the high standards of hospitality that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Read daily events and acknowledge VIP arrivals.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods and convey this information politely to guests.
• Present children’s menus, describe specials and alternative cuisine when appropriate.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive, professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silverware.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly restaurant throughout service and ensure work stations are stocked with condiments.
• Handle guest comments, report issues to the manager and follow cash and credit‑card procedures.
