About the role

Join the food & beverage team at Ibis and Adagio Doha, a vibrant multi‑brand hotel complex. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in line with Accor’s high service standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently and with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, allergens and beverage pairings, and recommend suitable combinations.
• Upsell hotel promotions and additional menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle cashier duties and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Support teammates in maintaining cleanliness and overall service excellence across the cluster.
• Flexibly undertake additional duties or redeployment to other departments as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative work style.
