About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as a Waiter / Waitress. You will provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or similar hospitality role.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and pleasant personality.
• Attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
