Warehouse Coordinator and HSE Officer

About the role

The role combines warehouse coordination for 3PL customers with responsibility for health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance in the warehouse. You will ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned 3PL customers, coordinating daily warehouse requirements and communicating them to the floor team.
• Manage WMS activities such as order creation, receiving updates, stock adjustments, picking and dispatch confirmations and perform system accuracy checks.
• Prepare and share operational reports, support billing validation, and monitor service levels, pending orders and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain all HSE documentation, conduct regular safety inspections, PPE checks, equipment safety checks and emergency readiness audits.
• Organise toolbox talks, safety briefings and risk reviews, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Support incident, near‑miss and hazard reporting, assist root‑cause analysis and ensure compliance with storage, material handling and forklift safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse HSE requirements, documentation control and safety inspections.
• Experience in customer coordination, billing support, reporting and internal stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, incident reporting and hazard identification.
• HSE certifications such as First Aid, Fire Safety or Chemical Handling Awareness (preferred).
