Account Executive – Architecture – Qatar

About the role

The Cisco Collaboration Account Executives team is looking for an Account Executive – Architecture to drive digital transformation across Qatar and the Gulf region. You will lead end‑to‑end sales of Cisco Collaboration solutions, building long‑term partnerships with IT and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycles for on‑premises, UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, achieving revenue targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with IT, executive and business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy for Qatar and the broader Middle East market.
• Report market insights, strategy execution and financial performance to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer outcomes and provide product feedback.

Required profile

• Extensive direct sales experience in collaboration solutions (on‑premises, UCaaS, CCaaS).
• Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and meeting quotas in Qatar or the Middle East.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration.
