Account Executive – Social Media & Digital Marketing

About the role

Mash Global is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our creative and media team in Doha. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving social media strategies that deliver measurable results. This position is ideal for a professional with 2‑3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing who thrives in a client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and provide regular reports to clients.
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to account growth.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
