Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be based on‑site in Doha, Qatar, managing and growing client relationships for Curve Global. You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
• Understand client needs and coordinate internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and contract renewals.
• Monitor account performance against agreed KPIs and report results.
• Address client issues promptly and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account records and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship and account management experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Solution‑based selling experience with the ability to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
