Account Manager

About the role

Great Place to Work® Middle East is seeking an Account Manager to own the client relationship from onboarding through renewal across Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. You will ensure a seamless experience, drive retention, and grow the portfolio of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Great Place to Work® clients in the Gulf region.
• Take ownership of accounts after contract signing and payment collection.
• Lead client onboarding and coordinate with Customer Success and Operations teams.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with HR leaders, senior executives and key decision‑makers.
• Develop account plans, conduct regular business reviews and monitor changing client needs.
• Initiate renewal discussions, prepare proposals, quotations and commercial recommendations.
• Negotiate renewals and drive upselling/cross‑selling of certification, consulting, events and culture transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and internal teams to support service delivery and client participation.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts and renewal status in Zoho CRM.
• Escalate service risks or potential non‑renewals to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Professional Services, HR Solutions or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing and retaining a portfolio of corporate clients.
