Adventure Park Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and safety‑focused Adventure Park Supervisor to lead daily operations at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara. You will ensure that all adventure activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of rides, climbing walls, zip lines, obstacle courses and guest areas.
• Lead, schedule and support operational staff to maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment, attractions and facilities.
• Provide safety briefings to guests and enforce park rules.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and guest concerns.
• Monitor crowd flow, staffing levels and efficiency during peak periods.
• Train new team members on procedures, safety standards and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, incident logs and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimise downtime.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the park.
• Support ticketing, events and special group activities as needed.
• Assist management in achieving revenue, guest satisfaction and operational targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, sports management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shift patterns.
