Architectural Engineer – Project Management & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

A leading company in Doha is looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects. The role involves managing projects from planning through to handover while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural and interior fit‑out projects from planning to final handover.
• Coordinate daily activities between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, materials and project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, site progress and deliverables.
• Attend client and site meetings and prepare project updates.
• Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and coordinate suitable solutions.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and required quality standards.
• Represent the company in social media content, project videos and site presentations.
• Cooperate with the marketing team to explain projects, technical details and construction or fit‑out stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of proven professional experience in Doha, Qatar.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural project management and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, finishing materials, technical drawings and site coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatar Residence Permit.
• Relevant Doha projects clearly demonstrated in CV or portfolio.
