Assistant Butler

About the role

Raffles Doha is seeking an Assistant Butler to deliver discreet, refined, and anticipatory service to its discerning guests. Working closely with the Butler team and multiple hotel departments, you will help create memorable, effortless luxury experiences throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and support personalized check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Handle luggage, packing, unpacking, valet services, and in‑room requests.
• Prepare guest rooms and suites to VIP standards, reflecting individual preferences.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Spa, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and special requests.
• Conduct room inspections before arrivals and after departures.
• Manage laundry, pressing, shoe‑shining, minibar replenishment, and guest amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while preserving confidentiality.
• Support the Butler in crafting memorable experiences for VIP and long‑stay guests.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards, impeccable grooming, and professional etiquette.
