About the role
Join Hilton’s hotel team in Qatar as an AV Technician, responsible for keeping the property’s facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for guests. You will work across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems operate smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified issues.
- Document all inspections, repairs, and any follow‑up actions required.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
