About the role

Commercial Bank of Qatar is hiring Banking Officers, Associates or Employees as part of its Qatarization programme, which builds the next generation of banking professionals in Qatar. The role is permanent and matched to the candidate's strengths and the bank's business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support business areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology
• Serve clients and help resolve their banking needs
• Prepare analysis, reports and documentation for the team
• Work on projects with senior bankers acting as mentors

Required profile

• Open to Qatari nationals or children of Qatari mothers as part of the Qatarization programme
• Bachelor's degree; business, finance, IT or engineering preferred
• Experienced candidates welcome, but fresh graduates are also invited to apply
• Strong Arabic and English communication
