Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Food & Beverage team at a luxury island resort. The role involves administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across F&B outlets, restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
• Assist in preparing departmental reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and operational documents.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, purchase requisitions, inventory requirements, and other operational needs.
• Support planning and coordination of hotel events, F&B promotions, special functions, and VIP arrangements.
• Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, and documentation in line with hotel policies.
• Organise departmental meetings, team briefings and follow up on action points.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with hotel standards, food safety, health and safety regulations.
• Support monitoring of service quality and guest feedback, communicating operational concerns to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years proven experience in hotel operations, Food & Beverage or similar administrative coordination role.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time‑management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑departmental coordination.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
