About the role
The Bell Attendant welcomes guests as they arrive and bids them farewell upon departure, playing a pivotal role in the overall guest experience at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. This front‑of‑house position requires a friendly, service‑driven attitude and a solid understanding of hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lobby traffic, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out flow.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and local information.
- Provide directions, answer inquiries, and act as an ambassador for the property.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the bell desk and surrounding areas.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Positive learning attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
- Good communication abilities in English.
