About the role

The Bell Attendant welcomes guests as they arrive and bids them farewell upon departure, playing a pivotal role in the overall guest experience at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. This front‑of‑house position requires a friendly, service‑driven attitude and a solid understanding of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage lobby traffic, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out flow.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and local information.
  • Provide directions, answer inquiries, and act as an ambassador for the property.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the bell desk and surrounding areas.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Positive learning attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
  • Good communication abilities in English.
