BIM Coordinator – Qatar (Urgent)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead the BIM process for multidisciplinary projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure high‑quality, clash‑free models that meet project and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks (or equivalent) and drive resolution workflows.
• Organise and facilitate BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure all models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and internal standards.
• Monitor model quality, accuracy and data integrity.
• Provide technical BIM support and guidance to internal teams.
• Review and validate models submitted by external consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare BIM reports, progress updates and coordination documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on BIM coordination experience on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of international BIM standards and Qatar construction practices.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite in Qatar.
