BIM Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure (Doha)

About the role

KEO is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join its award‑winning team in Doha, Qatar. The role will lead BIM implementation for roads, highways and related infrastructure, creating and managing 3D models and producing accurate 2D drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM implementation across the roads/infrastructure discipline for multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Manage the project BIM/CAD team, ensuring quality assurance and control of models and drawings.
• Develop and maintain 3D models for roads, highways, earthworks, drainage using Civil 3D and related tools.
• Perform internal clash detection and generate clash reports to verify alignment with other disciplines.
• Produce 2D drawings (plans, profiles, cross‑sections) from BIM models in line with client standards.
• Support BIM Execution Plans and create templates/libraries as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure, with at least 3 years on roads/highways projects.
• Proven experience managing BIM teams and delivering BIM deliverables on large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with Gulf region infrastructure projects, especially Qatar, is an advantage.
