About the role
The Branch Manager will lead daily operations of an Al Meera store in Doha, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflows, and achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee staff scheduling, supervision, coaching and performance management.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, promotions and store standards.
- Monitor sales performance, operational metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail or supermarket branch management.
- Strong people management, coaching and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics, manage budgets and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Familiarity with retail ERP systems.
- Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
