About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand and drive store sales through excellent customer service and retail experience. Responsibilities include store maintenance, visual merchandising, and operating the point‑of‑sale system.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and promote the loyalty program to increase repeat sales.
- Maintain visual standards, ensure stock is displayed attractively, and follow merchandising guidelines.
- Handle POS transactions, manage cash till, and process payments accurately.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, security procedures, and confidentiality of sales data.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable, and flexible to work extended hours during sales periods.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including overtime, as required by the business.
Required skills
- Customer service and sales techniques (GUEST methodology).
- Basic cash handling and POS operation.
