Sales Professional – Join Growing Team

About the role

We are seeking confident sales professionals who enjoy connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and achieving sales targets. Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills are welcome to join our expanding team in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and offers.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities into sales.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, retail sales, or other customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Target‑driven, energetic, and motivated to achieve results.
• Good command of Arabic.
• Must be available to work in Qatar.
