Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Procurement (1-year contract)

About the role

ISS International SpA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Lead of the Centre of Excellence in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on enhancing the Commercial Division’s performance through supply chain and procurement governance, policy development and data‑driven insights on a one‑year contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead‑Centre of Excellence in implementing the Divisional Strategy using the Balanced Scorecard.
• Draft and maintain policies and procedures that enable efficient supply‑chain and procurement operations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc audits of the Procure‑to‑Pay process to ensure compliance and mitigate audit findings.
• Provide business intelligence, manage documentation systems and deliver training related to supply‑chain and procurement.
• Support the Head in proactively driving governance and compliance standards across the supply‑chain function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Supply Chain or Finance), Law, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain, procurement or finance analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Procure‑to‑Pay cycle.
