Business Analyst – T24 Core Banking & Digital Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s banking transformation team in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on delivering digital banking initiatives, core banking enhancements, and compliance projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Develop detailed RFPs, lead vendor evaluation, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Create and review test cases, lead testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Produce regular status reports and ensure compliance with PMO governance.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the PMO department.

Required profile

• Hands‑on Business Analysis experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Strong background with T24 core banking modules.
• Experience in digital banking, banking channels, payments, and AML projects.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, use‑case development, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience preparing RFPs, evaluating vendors, and managing stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project management and PMO processes.
