About the role
We are looking for dynamic Business Development & Sales Interns to support our fast‑growing AI workforce solutions team. This remote, part‑time internship lasts three months and offers hands‑on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and startup ecosystem networking.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
- Implement lead‑generation strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and business directories.
- Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators, and co‑working spaces.
- Engage founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to present AI workforce solutions.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings, answer queries, and nurture professional relationships.
- Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism.
Required profile
- Confident, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT tools.
- Strong research and outreach capabilities.
