About the role
We are looking for dynamic, English‑fluent interns to support our Business Development and Sales team. You will act as the bridge between our AI workforce solutions and potential clients, using ChatGPT tools to research, outreach, and close opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
- Implement lead‑generation strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and business directories.
- Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators, and co‑working spaces.
- Engage founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to present our AI workforce services.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings, answer queries, and nurture professional relationships.
- Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets with professionalism and consistency.
Required profile
- Confident, self‑motivated, and driven.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with ChatGPT tools.
