Business Support & Financial Control – Revenue Management

About the role

You will add value to the QR Group by building trustworthy relationships with Finance and Revenue Management heads, delivering insightful reporting and analysis for senior and executive management. Acting as the single point of contact, you will bridge Finance functions (BF, AP, AR, Finance Centers of Expertise) with Revenue Management to ensure alignment and compliance with Qatar Airways accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of Qatar Airways Group goals by providing optimal resource allocation insights.
• Develop strategic financial plans, delivering monthly/quarterly KPI reports, cost of investment analyses, and scenario modelling.
• Advise the CFO and senior management on budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.
• Facilitate effective communication between senior Finance and Revenue Management teams, acting as a business partner.
• Integrate market intelligence into strategic planning to create competitive advantage.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive business cases, assessing investment costs, benefits, risks, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Present objective financial views and recommendations for resource allocation to achieve Revenue Management goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance and revenue management within a large organization.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience in KPI tracking and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of Qatar Airways accounting policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between finance and business units.
