Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The Butler is the primary face of the St. Regis Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests from pre‑arrival through departure. Working closely with other hotel departments, the Butler creates bespoke experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage and modern luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored guest experiences during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure supporting departments are equipped to meet guest needs.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and act proactively.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
• Commitment to delivering uncompromising service standards.
