CACHE Trainer – Early Years & Primary Education

About the role

The CACHE Trainer will work closely with fellow trainers to deliver high‑quality CACHE qualifications for teachers and learners in schools. The role includes internal quality assurance, coordination of training activities, and ensuring that programmes are adapted to the GCC context.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CACHE Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Supporting Teachers and Learning in Schools.
• Manage students, assess their work, conduct observations and portfolio assessments using Laser Learning software.
• Coordinate CACHE delivery among assessors and ensure consistent quality.
• Support the development and improvement of CACHE course policies and procedures.
• Adapt CACHE training to the local GCC context.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide information to prospective applicants.
• Conduct awareness and orientation sessions for potential learners.
• Deliver short workshops and training courses related to early years or primary education.
• Research worldwide early‑childhood developments and suggest improvements.
• Participate in company forums, conferences, and special events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise use of equipment, facilities and personnel.
• Conduct teacher training sessions as needed.
• Supervise, train and mentor trainee trainers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in early years education or a related field.
• Minimum five years of teaching or training experience in an educational setting.
• Prior experience in quality assurance or as an assessor for CACHE courses.
• Active Qatar driving licence.
• Ability to work independently with strong self‑discipline.
• High motivation, positive mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Curiosity about corporate training developments in Qatar.
